Exchangeable or refundable:
Any item purchased on our site can be exchanged or refunded.
You have a period of 30 days from the date of delivery to return the jewelry bought on our site.
Just send us a message to the address:
contact@metalbox.fr to notify us of the return of the package and give us the reason for the return.
The procedure is as follows:
- I attach the jewel (s) in their original packaging with the certificate and the invoice.
Your jewel must be:
- new in its original state, without having been carried (not present damage or alteration)
- returned to its original packaging with its certificate
- Virgin of any personalized inscription or engraving
The return :
- The invoice must be imperatively attached to the package, otherwise, the return will not be taken into account.

Reimbursement :
For any return, Metalbox ® will reimburse you the total amount of your order, within 30 days of receipt of your package by Metalbox ®.
During vacation periods, and/or containment The processing of your returns by our services may be increased by 1 to 2 weeks compared to the deadlines indicated.
We ask you to apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Upon receipt of the latter, and after having verified the perfect condition of the jewelry, and if only if the purchase has been paid by bank card (no refund for products purchased by gift voucher, but only an exchange)
Any damaged item, which has not been the subject of remarks or reservations by the customer when delivery will not be taken up.
Service after-sales of sub-funds:
All guarantees are due to the date of invoice. When Metalbox ® jewelry is still under warranty, we provide after-sales service as a distributor and manufacturer. Articles can be repaired or exchanged. Also see our shipping and return page.
ADVERTISING SERVICE Outside guarantees:
Beyond the warranty period, we will offer you a quote in accordance with the product range concerned. If the product is not too damaged, we will offer you the estimate of our workshop, provided that we can repair it (for some products the cost of intervention exceeds the purchase price). In case you find on our site an article that interests you but that it is not offered in your size, do not hesitate to contact us. We can put it at size (enlargement or decrease in the finger turn of a ring, length of a necklace, etc ...).
