Return and after-sales service procedure
EXCHANGEABLE OR REFUNDABLE:
Any item purchased on our site can be exchanged or refunded.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items purchased on our site, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• The procedure is as follows:
- I enclose the jewel(s) in their original packaging with the invoice (and certificate for certain jewels).
Your jewelry must be:
- New in its original condition, without having been worn (no damage or alteration)
- Returned in its original packaging with its certificate
- Free from any inscription or personalized engraving
Return costs:
- Return shipping costs by post are your responsibility. The invoice must be included with the package, otherwise the return will not be processed.
• Reimbursement :
For any return, Metalbox will refund the total amount of your order, excluding return costs, within 30 days of receipt of your package by Metalbox.
During holiday periods, the processing of your returns by our services may be increased by 1 to 2 weeks compared to the indicated deadlines.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
Upon receipt of the latter, and after having checked the perfect condition of the jewelry,
We will make the refund to the account used for the purchase.
Any damaged item, which has not been noted or reserved by the customer upon delivery, will not be accepted.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE for items under warranty:
All warranties are effective from the invoice date.
While METALBOX ® jewelry is still under warranty, we provide after-sales service as both distributor and manufacturer. Items can be repaired or exchanged. Also see our pages:Delivery and Returns .
AFTER-SALES SERVICE outside of warranties:
Beyond the warranty period, we will provide you with a quote in accordance with the range of the product concerned. If the product is not too damaged, we will provide you with a quote from our workshop, provided that we can repair it (for some products the cost of intervention exceeds the purchase price). If you find an item on our site that interests you but it is not available in your size, do not hesitate to contact us. We may be able to size it (enlarging or reducing the size of a ring, length of a necklace, etc.).
All out-of-warranty repairs are carried out upon acceptance of an estimate.
Allergic skin reactions are becoming more and more widespread in the population:

However, allergies to copper, zinc, tin or silver are extremely rare.
In almost all cases, the allergy is caused by a known allergen: Nickel .
How do I know which metals I am not allergic to?
• If we tolerate 18-carat gold, then we tolerate silver since it is part of the composition of the “18-carat gold” alloy.

• If we tolerate bronze, then we tolerate copper and tin.

The use of nickel is regulated: Objects intended for skin contact may contain nickel under certain conditions: their nickel content must not exceed 0.05% of the total mass of the object.
