Clean your jewelry regularly. A diamond shines because of the way light passes through it. However, oil, sweat, and dirt can block the light from passing through the diamond's facets. So, if you don't clean your diamonds regularly, you can't expect them to shine as they should. Diamonds are easy to clean. Simply use warm water, a soft toothbrush, and mild soap. Don't use toothpaste to clean diamonds. Soak your diamonds in soapy water, hot or boiling, for a few minutes and gently clean them with a soft-bristled toothbrush. Use a degreasing soap, and if you don't have soap, dish soap; it won't harm your diamond and will restore its shine. In addition to the face of the diamond, also clean the back, where dirt easily accumulates.

the contact details of the consumer/seller, the date and address of the place where the contract was concluded.
The contract must also include the precise description of the objects purchased by the professional, their weight, their purity in thousandths and, finally, the sale price including all taxes.

Repurchase of precious metals and right of withdrawal

The consumer/seller has a right of withdrawal which he can exercise within 48 hours of signing the contract.
Exercising the right of withdrawal results in the reimbursement of the price paid as well as the restitution.

The “extended warranty” insurance extends the legal guarantees for a period specified in the contract.
From the moment you purchase your Metalbox jewelry on our online platform, the original international warranty lasts for 2 years; after that, you will need an extended warranty.

Additionally, as a courtesy, you will receive personalized care advice and communications regarding your Metalbox jewelry.
The warranty extension will cover any manufacturing defect recognized as such by the dedicated Metalbox service.
The extended warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use or handling, or any other damage excluded from the original international warranty certificate.
